Open Positions

Minimum 3-5 years of progressive management experience in a fast-paced café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.

Minimum 3 years of experience in bar or café management, preferably in a high-
volume or community-focused environment.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field, with demonstrated experience executing a range of event types and sizes.

Friendly and Outgoing: Displays genuine warmth and enthusiasm, creating a sense of community within the café.

Minimum of 2 years in hospitality or retail management preferred, with a proven track record of supervisory responsibility.

Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required—training
will be provided for motivated candidates.

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not
required—enthusiasm, great personality and a willingness to learn are essential.
