The “ready” indicator light (blue light on the lower panel) is not coming on?

If someone or something is blocking the sensor, the “ready” indicator light will not come on. Also, the kiosk may be waiting for the player to finalize or confirm an action on the kiosk.

Can I add or delete a player without impacting our round?

Yes, you can add or delete players as needed and it will not impact your game. You can also skip a players turn if needed.

How do I adjust the tee height?

Players can adjust the auto-tee height via the keypad or touchscreen kiosk. They can also set the tee height in the App, which will link it to their profile.

How do I use the different mats?

The simulator features fairway, rough, and two bunker mats. The lower right of the impact screen will indicate which mat surface a player should be hitting from. If you hit from another surface, you will incur some type of penalty.

Why is the floor moving?

The Moving Swing Plate simulates real-world slopes (uphill, downhill, sidehill). It can be reset (more difficult or less difficult) or if they can turn it off. This feature can be adjust or reset under Player Settings.

What do I do if the ball doesn't tee up?

Auto-tee issues are common; players may need to clear the tee area of debris or check if the ball reservoir is empty. Pushing balls in the trough to the feeder will normally solve the issue. Do not stick anything, including your hand down the auto-tee opening.

Where should I stand?

Positioning is key for camera sensors. 6 inches either side of the auto-tee will ensure the ball is within the tracking area, particularly for putting. Once the blue “ready” light on the pad illuminates, you are ready to take a stroke.
